SureStay Hotel by Best Western Spring North Houston

I had booked a smoking room with a King size bed. I arrived to a room with what appeared to be a queen size bed. Smoking room had no ashtrays. The carpet is obviously filthy - you would not want to be barefoot. The tiles in the bathroom behind the door were also filthy. The bed was the worst I have ever slept on. Halfway through the night I made a pallet on the floor. However, the room did have a hair dryer that worked well. Spend a little more and don't book here.

Disliked: Bed uncomfortable; dirty carpet.

Liked: Clogging bath tub and sink ..molding ...infested with bugs .
Disliked: Bugs.. clogged sink and bath tub ..cleanliness

Liked: Cool rooms AC are good and working. Although water showers now warm enough to bath only the following day it was fixed on its own.
Disliked: German Roach on the bathroom

Disliked: All rooms were still NOT CLEAND BY CHEK IN TIME!!! SO I MADE ANOTHER RESERVATION AT ANOTHER HOTEL!!! I WULD NEVER NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!!
