The staff was amazing but...

Liked: The staff is amazing and the location is excellent with having the shuttle
Disliked: Everything other than the staff and location it was dirty gross the room was filthy mold in the bathroom corn nuts on the air conditioning unit

Comfortable bed for the best...

Liked: Staff was nice and check in was quick and easy
Disliked: Smelled like the building might have water damage. Musky smell.

The location is perfect being...

Liked: Our flight left early so we didn't get to hit breakfast if it was offered. I liked that the airport shuttle left whenever you needed it, being close by the airport saved us travel time. We didn't check in til 10pm and we left at 330am to catch our 530 flight to Honolulu.
Disliked: I didn't like that they put my daughter and I far from the front desk. We had to go up to the 3rd floor and over to a building that felt like it was added on later. The floor was caving in. The other occupants were always opening their door and watching us every time we went to get snacks or drinks. It was kinda of uncomfortable but I just assumed maybe they were traveling with kids and just as nervous as I was.
