Liked: The room was great. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The shower had good pressure. It was super quiet even though it's close to the airport. I didn't hear one airplane inside the room. The front desk staff were quick and friendly. The room rate was reasonable. I liked the bench next to the desk. It was a good place to put my suitcase.
Disliked: The blue display light on the microwave was a little bright when I was trying to sleep.

Liked: Breakfast, for which I paid $12, was not served due to the cook’s calling in sick. I got a cup of coffee and a sack breakfast..
Disliked: The sack breakfast was not worth $12. Another complaint: the shuttle service provided is not good. I called on the airport phone to request a ride. I was told to look for a white van with Best Western branding and a driver named Mario, who would arrive in 10-15 minutes. After some 25-30 minutes of watching white vans with no Best Western branding go by, I called and was told that Mario had picked me up. This was confusing. When I protested that I had never seen Mario or his van, the shuttle service told me I should have been looking for a Country Inn and Suites white van and the driver was no longer named Mario. But that van with an unnamed driver would be around soon to pick me up. I grabbed the first such van I saw and asked the driver if she could take me to the Best Western. She said she could, and she did. Sadly though I got a ride to the wrong Best Western. There are 3 BWs at SeaTac. This I did not know and wasn’t told until air went to check in at the wrong one. Such confusion is wearing on a weary traveler.
