SureStay Hotel by Best Western Santa Monica

The room was very comfortable - we especially liked the kitchenette, with the table and chairs, where we sat and ate our meals at night.

Liked: Location , on main street. Local supermarket nearby. Free car Park , continental breakfast , free toiletries, towels changed daily.
Disliked: Would have liked a kettle in room as has microwave and coffee already.Maybe meats and cheeses with breakfast. Better lighting in room

Liked: Nothing was good about my stay here.
Disliked: The hotel staff was noisy very early in the morning slamming the exit door at 7 am. I was stayingbin room 108 but the exit door.. There is a message in everyone's room asking patrons to remain quiet from 8 pm till 7 am. While the staff at the hotel did not abide by this themselves sadly. I also found the free breakfast quite disappointing. Both toasters were burnt out and not working properly. The laundry facility is also very inconvenient only being in 1 building causing you to lug your laundry from building 1 to building 3. :( I would would not recommend anyone to stay here. For it to be only a 2 star hotel I found it to be overpriced.

Liked: Clean, comfortable, and a good value. Great location right next to Trader Joe's and quick Uber ride to many places.
