SureStay Hotel by Best Western Santa Cruz

The bed was comfortable, but the accommodations were not worth the price! The bathtub was not clean and I did not feel comfortable to even shower in it! I had to call the front desk to let them know that the iron attached to the ironing board was inoperable. Be sure to enquire about breakfast hours because the information was not offered at the front desk nor posted anywhere in the room. At 9:45 am I was lucky to get a cup of coffee and that was it!

Disliked: The bathtub was dirty. It was so obvious that it needed an overdue scrubbing! The iron didn't work.

Disliked: People upstairs loud, hardly any breakfast left! You would have to be there right at 7We slept in a little bit because we were on vacation and was at the boardwalk till closing. So there was really no food left for us. And when you ask the lady sitting in the corner, she did not speak English. Also pool was not heated as promised! And it was very dirty!Parking sucked! Not enough parking. We had to park in the back and there were a couple of homeless people back there! Will not stay there again! Beer cans and cigarette butts all over!
