Very good

Liked: Friendly and informative staff.The room was clean and quiet with very comfortable bed and pillows.The hotel is close to the highway however very little highway noise could be heard.

Exceptional

Liked: Everything was great, and as advertised by the sign outside, the beds were truly heavenly. Michael's service was exceptional and appearance professional. Nice to have breakfast provided and the price was great for the amenities of the room. The whole bathroom was ceramic tile, not just the shower, and it had a new modern toilet. Coffee and tea were provided in the room and it had the standard microwave on top of the small fridge. Everything was spotless and I would return if ever in the area.
Disliked: The room was quite small for everything that was in it, but manageable.

Okay for one night

Liked: Comfy bed, good shower, quiet premises.
Disliked: Breakfast very minimal. Bathroom could be bigger. Carpet should be updated.

Liked: I've been coming 5 years in a row every summer. They always accommodate me. And the rooms are spectacular and the view is beautiful. The hot tub is nice and the gentleman that's on the front desk. He's always super kind and very hospitable. I love my state when I come to rossland see u next yr
