Disappointing

Liked: Good location from casinos
Disliked: Breakfast was terrible and was never restocked while staff was sleeping behind the desk. They never had towels for almost our entire stay they were always out. They could easily go buy more with the money that people are paying for these rooms.

Liked: Close to the casino. Staff super nice.
Disliked: Fire alarm was laying beside the TV. Candle wax all down the wall behind the TV and beds were not comfortable

Disliked: the side doors not locked, safety issue in hallways. my room door was lockable so i was fine.

Superb

Liked: The gentleman at check in was great. He is always very friendly helpful, I wish I knew his name.
Disliked: I left and went to the casino. When I went to shower the next morning there were no towels in my room. I went to the front desk and the lady down there, was on some social media app laughing at whatever it was. I had to say excuse me to get her attention. She told me I should have checked to make sure there was towels the night before because now she was gonna have to take them from a different room and it was an inconvenience, she shouldn’t have to do that, it was the other shifts responsibility to take care of that. I told her I just needed the towels because showering without was a problem and it wasn’t my fault.

Disliked: Not enough selection for breakfast

Exceptional

Liked: The big hotels were nice but over priced. Best Western was perfect for what my friends and I needed. Great price and very comfortable. The overnight attendant was very helpful and understanding with my midnight arrival. I hope he gets recognized for his work ethic in pleasing BW and its residents
