Comfortable beds if not the size advertised; clean; wifi worked in room mostly; door to bathroom coming apart at side seam, with peeling paint. Surprisingly little noise from bar right below our room or from the street outside our window. But didn't get the room as advertised online and the desk clerk couldn't resolve.

Liked: Mostly clean, friendly & helpful staff.
Disliked: Didn't have microwave as advertised online; had to ask for hairdryer.

I booked online and printed out my receipt. Wanted two queen size beds with amenities including fridge, microwave, hair dryer yada yada. Checked in and was disappointed. No amenities. There was nothing I could do and nothing your staff could have done. Would like some kind of restitution other than 'when you book online, you might get just anything other than what you thought you were getting'; as quoted by one of the hotel staff. Sorry, didn't feel safe - seedy part of town.

Liked: Good, clean, updated motel. Everything worked properly. Reasonable breakfast choices.
Disliked: Located at a busy intersection, with ambient noise. Room could use a folding luggage rack. No need to live off the floor.

Great stay

Liked: Close to the OHSU Pavilion for doctors appointment. Also love the fact that there is a restaurant below!
Disliked: You can hear the music from the bar below the hotel.

Liked: Nice clean basic room. Beds were comfortable and water was got. Not a bad neighborhood for the area it's in.
Disliked: Outdated small television for a double room. Not a lot of breakfast options but still okay for free.

Very basic hotel

Liked: We arrived early in the morning from the airport and were kindly checked in straight away, luckily a room was available. Excellent customer service.Convenient location.
Disliked: The hotel is very basic and not soundproof, you can hear thudding when someone walks on the floor above you or flush the toilet.Breakfast is basic continental with self service. Only food like bagels, bread, muffins, fruit, yogurt, cereals, coffee, tea, fruit juice. No option for hot food like bacon & eggs, omelette etc.
