Disliked: They moved us from a 2 queen bed to a king and a sofa room. The pool didn't work either.

Liked: The location of the hotel is within walking distance to many food establishments & gas stations.The water pressure in the shower was great & and the water was hot. The bed was comfortable.The staff were nice that I came in contact with.
Disliked: Unfortunately, there were a lot of things that didn't meet our standard. When we arrived I asked about the times for the pool & was told it wasn't working & it wouldn't be working during our stay. One of the top reasons I booked this hotel. (I guess I should have called to confirm before our stay). When we got to the room, it was very small for a king-size room. We were met with a dirty sink & counter looked like leftover coffee grounds spilled. After a long drive, a shower was needed, but we were met with a shower with hair in it. We also noticed that the towel rack in our room was broken even though it had towels placed on it. I called to the front desk to confirm because I didn't want to be charged an incidental fee & a lady said "yes, they were aware that the room has this problem." I requested additional towels @ that time which she promised to bring & never did. There was paint chipping off the walls, no face plates on an electrical outlet & wires hanging down from the air conditioner. Saturday morning, there was construction right outside, so needless to say, and goodnight sleep was not had.Overall, because of these instances, we didn't end up staying in our room much over the weekend, which I paid a decent amount for (over $200).Breakfast was mediacore with toast, muffin, dry cereal & a waffle machine. The drink machine was broken. Housekeeping never came during our stay even to take the trash out. If you are looking for a hotel that has standards & is family friendly, this isn't it. We stayed here back in 2008 & it was amazing, but wow, fast forward & this property has gone downhill! Could be something again but needs ALOT of renovations. HIGHLY disappointed.
