Hotel tried to charge my...

Liked: Close to the area we needed to be.
Disliked: A bunch of loud people outside in the middle of the night. Door is not sealed properly, you can see through to the outside.

Superb

Passable

Liked: The price was cool. And convenient location. Staff was kind.
Disliked: Blood stained sheets. (I always pull sheet before I lay in hotel beds) thankfully I have a double bed room

No working WiFi

Liked: Everything was more or less fine except the thing we didn't like.
Disliked: No WiFi. Spent time on the phone with the manager verifying that we were trying to connect to the right link with the correct password. That wasn't the problem. We just couldn't get a strong enough signal to get on the Internet, which we needed to do for work (I teach online classes), and the manager couldn't do anything but try to reset the modem, which didn't work.

Exceptional

Liked: It was clean and developed
Disliked: No complaints 👌

Works for the price.

Liked: Getting a bottom floor room.
Disliked: Layout of room could've been better, couldn't even close bathroom door while in bathroom unless standing in shower. Upon checking in, was not giving sleeper couch sheets. Was not told u til checkout that, they should've given them when checking in.

Convenient, friendly staff, cheerful breakfast...

Liked: Convenience. Morning staff was very helpful. Correction to my bill was made quickly.
Disliked: At check-in my bank card was charged twice, so I assume desk staff was unfamiliar with correct procedure. After I stopped by a day later to inform them of their error, they made it right.
