I like the location...staff and...

Liked: Location and parking...close to shopping and beaches. Friendly staff and the maids were so nice and provided fresh towels daily. I really like my room 114...and will ask for that one in the future. I usually stay in North vancouver every 3 months.
Disliked: The hotel cannot match online booking prices and were not really clear on the points program, asked me to call a number for more info? Also...the duvet is flattened and heavy so I take my own bedding from home. When I moved a table to access the wall plug there was lots of dust etc.
