I didn't stay, front desk...

Liked: I never stayed in the hotel. The front desk lady took my debit and room key and called the police because I told her the room had a rat in inside. She insisted to change rooms and I told her I was ok, that the hotel looked nasty. She then got an attitude and Didn't return my debit or room key. Thank God I had my credit card, I need a full refund.

Disliked: First room that was given was never cleaned. Bed looks like someone had already slept in it and room stinks. Floors dirty. Hair in the tub , toilet not clean , sink dirty.
