Was ok for one night...

Liked: We didn't do breakfast the man at the front desk was nice he let us check in early the house keeper was really nice
Disliked: The furniture needs replacement need new pillows needs to be cleaned better, smelled like cigarette smoke the first room they put us in was an adjoining room the lock was broken a d we couldn't lock it on our side the people in the other room kept opening the door and looking in we told them to put us in another room or return our money the room they put us in was ok.

Liked: They always are very helpful there and respectfully. The microwave in the room didn't work and they went and bought one for the room.
Disliked: Wish we could have stayed longer

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: Needed a walk-in shower because my husband is disabled. I told the desk clerk. She said, "You got a handicap room. My husband had a really hard time stepping over the tub. He only took one shower. It was just too dangerous.

Liked: This is a very clean and modern hotel. It is maintained very well.
Disliked: Let me say that I had a great night's sleep. Also, let me say that the desk clerk wanted to put me on the first floor, but I asked to go to the third. I think he know it would be quitter on the first floor and was looking out for me. Unfortunately, the location of the hotel at the corner of Hwy 64 and the RT 40 on ramp makes it a very noisy location. I got in the room at 4:00 PM and the noise coming from the street was unbelievably loud. However, by dark (around 8:00 PM) the traffic on the highways lessened and with the fan running in the room it was quite enough to sleep well. Also, I feel the price for this hotel room was about $50 more than it should have been. The Choice Hotels at the next exit were less than $100. This hotel, although well maintained and clean, was not any better than those hotels and with its location being as I described above, I feel that the cost was too much and I probably will not stay here again.
