SureStay Hotel by Best Western Lenoir City

Horrible!

Liked: The location was convenient. There’s a Krystal and Ruby Tuesday within walking distance, which was nice.
Disliked: The room was very musty smelling, thank goodness I had Febreze with me. The sheets felt like sand paper and the room was very humid feeling. Due to the musty smell woke up next morning and allergies were horrible. Ended up checking out a day early, told the person at the front desk the morning I checked out while we were checking out early and all he did was take my key and say ok. Talked with the owner the day before our stay and was asked what time we wanted to check in and he told me that would be a problem. He charged me $79 for checking in an hour early. So total charge for 2 nights was almost $300. The day we checked in they had left something off one of the beds and one of the ladies that cleans the rooms unlocked and came right in our room without knocking or anything. I do not recommend.

Liked: Beds were terrible. Noisy A/C. Staff was rude and strange. Tried to put me in a room with someone already in it at first after arguing with me at the counter over something stupid. Bugs in the room and they didn't do or offer to do anything to make us feel better about it.
Disliked: Customer service. Not worth the rate.

Good

Liked: The website was a little confusing. As a result, we ended up with double booking. The hotel manager said we just needed to get approval from Booking.com. We did, and we are still trying to get the hotel manager's email to Booking.com verifying information in order for us to get a refund for the second room not used.
