Liked: Love that the location is one block off the main road - no traffic noise in the room. Comfortable bed with lots of pillows. The room had all the modern amenities we look for, fridge, microwave, t.v.
Disliked: A strong chemical smell upon entering the room, which means you are proactively engaged in resolving the problem.

Liked: The clerk was Amazing
Disliked: Didn't like the fact we went in the room and there was no fridge. So I went to the office the clerk immediately got us into another room. Then the beds were not comfortable at all. Plus when I made the reservation I am for extra pillows and extra coffee wasn't even acknowledged I made the request. So why offer a section to make special request if they are not going to do them. There was 1 tiny bottle of shampoo no conditioner the soap smells horrible.
