Didn;t lile paying twice for...

Liked: Breakfast was good. It was close to the events we were attending.
Disliked: The only thing negative was that we paid for May 31 through Booking.com and were also charged for May 31 by the Hotel. So we double paid for the same night. We showed the receipt to the clerk twice but to no avail. Was charged anyway.

Didn’t even stay the whole...

Liked: The Italian restaurant attached to the hotel is amazing.
Disliked: We stayed in the rooms, not attached to the hotel and they were in poor quality bed did not have a fitted sheet just a mattress cover and it was gross. The carpet was disgusting. The bathroom was OK. The vending machine did not work and the ice machine did not work as well. We stayed one night and it was higher than the other hotel that we stayed at the night before and in worse quality shape than the one we stayed at before and they were both best western. We didn’t even stay the whole night
