Stay was worth $60 at...

Liked: The cleanliness was descent. I found the previous coffee filter still left in the machine before I used it. I get it though, those are easy to overlook places. I appreciated the complimentary shower items but my bathroom was completely out of body wash. Good thing, I brought my own stuff.
Disliked: I purposely paid for a place with a functioning Jacuzzi..... I was informed it didn't work. I feel like I got ROBBED of my money. This place allows tenants to fight and yell at 6AM!!! The halls echo, I am positive I wasn't the only one that heard the fight. It wasn't until my mom called the front desk did that couple stop. Also, they have random people just hanging in the stairwell blasting music. My room was in front of the stairwell. Breakfast was so so. Coffee was watered down and I could tell the pastries were stale.

Liked: Nothing it's a Fema place the clerk is slow as hell don't know what he is doing been here 30 minutes waiting people not waiting in line like they should. Booking.cim should let people know this stuff.

Liked: Housekeeping staff were nice.
Disliked: Dirty - it needs a deep clean. AC unit dirty and moldy. Grounds were mowed but trash on the property needs to be picked up. Evidence of drugs used on property. Looks like long term guest.

Disgusting and Unsafe -- Stay...

Liked: They were able to accommodate us during a very busy time when thousands from the west coast of Florida were trying to evacuate to the east coast due to hurricane Milton.
Disliked: I cannot express enough how awful my experience was at this hotel. The room was absolutely filthy and clearly had not been properly cleaned in what seemed like weeks. There were holes in the walls, and the ceiling was peeling and cracking—it looked like the room was falling apart. The walls felt sticky, and the floors were dirty, as if they hadn’t been swept or mopped in ages.On top of that, the room reeked of cigarette smoke, despite it being a non-smoking room. The door didn’t even close properly, which made me feel unsafe during my stay. To make matters worse, the air conditioner wasn’t working properly—it was leaking, leaving the chair and curtains soaking wet. I had no choice but to deal with this discomfort in a room that was already unbearable.The refrigerator’s freezer had more than an inch of frost, making it nearly unusable. And to top it all off, we found small roaches and spiders crawling under the desk. I was horrified!I don’t understand how this hotel is even in operation. It’s a health hazard, a safety concern, and downright disgusting. I will never stay here again, and I strongly urge others to avoid this place at all costs!

Liked: Location is good, a lot of venues around, no need to drive somewhere.
Disliked: It seems like they haven’t done any cleaning after a construction in the bathroom. Floor is very dirty there, in the room it was a little better, but as long as you go back and forth, it doesn’t matter.
