IT WAS TERRIBLE. DO NOT...

Liked: I did not stay for breakfast
Disliked: Upon arriving I couldn't even use their guest bathroom because and I quote "its dirty right now". The hallway smelled half of cat urine half of cigarettes'. There was literal dry wall falling from halls in the wall. My king size mattress was too large for the bed frame so one side of my mattress was constantly about to fall off. The stairwells have no tile and smelled disgusting. If you like having drug addicts and abandoned broken down cars surrounding your vehicle and windows over night this is the place for you. I could not sleep due to the feeling of bugs crawling on me my husband and I decided to leave at 3 am when I could not take it any longer.

Passable

Disliked: No noise insulation, you can hear everything that happens in the hall. noise at 12am.Breakfast is not really good

Spring break time

Liked: Great location, very clean, friendly staff! Comfortable beds and great amenities with a great price!
Disliked: Nothing one of my favorite hotels!

Don't.

Liked: The room itself was relatively clean.
Disliked: Common areas were worn, dirty, and exhibited crude repairs. Overall, it was not well maintained. We discovered the room is only made up upon request. They stated, "It is normal" for the industry. The breakfast described as "good" on the booking site offered no protein or hot food. The baseboards in the room were falling off of the walls. The furnishings exhibited heavy wear. The wall-mounted side tables were leaning. Anything without a wide flat bottom rolled/slid/fell off. The used extension cords to power lighting and the TV/frig. The lavatory fixture moved quite a bit. The lack of a lavatory stopper allowed my toothpaste cap to fall down the drain. The lack of a tub stopper prevented anyone from taking a bath...not that I would. The shower valve did not work properly. It kept switching from the shower mode to the tub fill mode. The spare roll of toilet paper was, well, not an unused one. A second trash can for the bathroom would have been nice. And the final comment, when I look at the pillow inside each pillowcase, each pillow had hair on them.

No sleep

Liked: The man at the check in counter was very nice
Disliked: The bathroom was in very bad condition. The water did not get hot. There were people in the hallway being very very loud all night.

Don't! Very dirty and homeless...

Liked: Nothing the place was very nasty.
Disliked: There were bums outside all night and in the halfway.. it was a no smoking, but the whole place smelt like smoke and weed. My room was dirty. Had used dirty towels hanging up. One of the beds was broking. I would never go back. I give 0 stars
