Bad

Disliked: I have stayed at Best Western many times with my three dogs. I always paid my pet fee for all the dogs. This time the receptionist told me that unfortunately their pet policy was a limit of two dogs and I would need to keep one of the dogs in the car. He was very rude. I will no longer stay with Best Western.

Tired so I stopped.

Liked: The lady at the front desk was very accommodating and kind. Understanding of my disability, and looking to do anything she could to make it easier on me. That was much appreciated. The room was pretty clean. It was quiet.
Disliked: A little disappointed in the breakfast options. I understand with the price of eggs right now. However I missed having them and other options such as sausage or bacon. Although the biscuits and gravy were tasty.

Disliked: smoke alarm low battery beeping started at 3 AM. Was fixed promptly.

I had a good stay!

Liked: Clean place. Friendly staff. Great free breakfast.
Disliked: Just being across from train tracks was loud when train came through.

Overall it was great

Liked: I looked recently remodel, which was great but I feel lamps should have a 3 setting to choose if you want dim or bright
Disliked: The bed had wheels and when I leand on bed it slide and I almost fell
