Great service; Just need refund...

Liked: Donna at the front desk was communicative, personable and very attentive during our stay.
Disliked: I have 4 charges to my back account instead of 3. I only booked 3 rooms. All of the charges are identical at $119.39. I need a refund of one of those charges.

Needed a place to stay...

Liked: Friendly staff at check in
Disliked: The beds are extremely uncomfortable, the comforter on the bed was so rough in material and extremely heavy.

Liked: Staff was wonderful. Room was clean.
Disliked: Only complaint would be the bed. The side closest to the door has lost its comfort! Maybe the springs, I am not sure but it was not comfortable.
