Exceptional

I'd stay again.

Liked: The bed were comfy. Nice staff at check in. Accommodating. Open 24 hours. Clean rooms. Good location. If you give a cash deposit, you get it back in the morning at check out.
Disliked: I put a note on the booking details under the special comments stating that I had a small dog. The hotel didn't receive the information and put us in a room that's not pet friendly. Thank goodness they saw my family and I walking up to the door because they had to switch us rooms at 2am due to not receiving my special comments on the booking site and my card would have been charged $150 if we went in that room with our dog. The front desk (again very nice) had all the other information but that. Those comments are pretty important to carry forward due to the reason above. The only other issue was that check out is at 11am (totally fine and normal) we had a "privacy please" hanging in the door. House keeping started pouring on the door at 10am asking if we needed room service and woke us up. Granted my alarm was set for 10:15am, but the "privacy please" hanging on the door and checking the sheet and seeing we didn't check out yet, was not cool.

Liked: Clean. Quiet. Close to where I needed to be. Reasonable price.
Disliked: Bathtub drain was plugged, draining slow. The ironing board would not hold position at highest point. Had to use it when it was about 2 feet high. Told management when I checked out. Hopefully, it was fixed.
