A frustrating and disappointing stay...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The room I received was nothing like what was shown during the booking process — it was in terrible condition. I immediately asked the hotel staff to change rooms, and they refused. I then requested a refund since the stay was not acceptable, and they denied that too.I contacted Booking.com, who I made the reservation with, and unfortunately they did nothing to help.The hotel’s service was disrespectful, unprofessional, and not customer-focused at all. I ended up leaving the hotel deeply frustrated and unsatisfied.I do not recommend this hotel. If you're looking for a comfortable and respectful experience, look elsewhere.

Liked: Did not go for breakfast , and i like the location , the room was clean no complaints will return
