Liked: Location to VTech
Disliked: The room we are in is very loud beside the highway, and you can hear other guests next door snoring and watching TV. The walls are paper thin! The front desk would not move us to another room (facing the parking lot) to a quieter room. I’m not looking forward to spending another sleepless night in this hotel. I contacted customer relations to see if they can help, and will look for another available hotel nearby. This is the first time I’ve had a bad experience!

Overall it was OK

Liked: The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast had many choices.
Disliked: Our room was on the 1st floor. On one of the double pane windows the outer window was broken. They didn't clean the glass it was just left there. When I told the front desk they were like, yeah we know about it. The TV speaker was blown, scratchy to the point you could not even understand what was being said. I find it hard to believe that the property was not aware of the problem.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was adequate, the parking was sufficient, and the value was a definite plus.
Disliked: The property is very outdated, the room smelled musty, the shower had very poor water pressure.
