Disliked: This is about Booking.com not the SureStay Hotel. The inability to change the stay when a mistake was made is causing me to never use Booking.com again!!!!

Perfect rest stop

Liked: Beds were so comfy slept like a baby
Disliked: Water pressure could have been better however hot water was not an issue

Confusing disaster

Disliked: I was put in a room that had other guests in it. Complete lack of safety. I was confused when I opened a room full of someone else stuff. It was then covered up after I complained to the front desk. I don't think the guests were notified that the hotel has put me in their room.

Will not return in future.

Disliked: Dingy appearance with pathetic attempt at a breakfast Poor security as balcony door had no latch mechanism nor lockBeing seniors we asked for a first floor room to avoid stairs since there is no elevator. They would not accommodate request even though it was obvious that they were far from sold out Totally overpriced compared to sister Best Western property in Abbotsford we stayed at for only $9.00 more that had pool, hot tub, a far superior breakfast and friendly professional staff.

Exceptional

The accommodation was good but...

Liked: Staff at front desk was very helpful
Disliked: The Booking.com app used to help book this accommodation did not accurately describe the date of booking. It said “book tonight” and yet it booked the next day instead. This caused us unnecessary steps to cancel incorrect booking and do a new booking instead when we checked in. We were concerned we would have to pay for 2 nights.

Unfortunately I would not stay...

Liked: It was clean
Disliked: I didn’t like the location as it was extremely noisy from the traffic. Also the room was extremely noisy from the people above and the side hotel guests.
