Liked: Room was very clean,and the staff was wonderful!

Liked: It was where I needed it to be. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: The business center didn't work. The continental breakfast was lacking.

Disliked: Stayed twice. First time, toilet stopped working and the second time, the sink was plugged.These issues ruined what could have been pleasant stays.

Liked: The fact that it allowed dogs.
Disliked: Hide your valuables because theyll be stolen by the cleaning crew. We had several things stolen by the cleaning crew. Bring a small candle because the rooms smell like wet socks. Also, the sweeper was never run in our room all 5 days we were there.

Disliked: The bathroom door handle fell off when we opened the door. There was a sock left in there. And the beds were hard.

Liked: The cleaning crew was nice and pleasant.
Disliked: The guy behind the counter argued with me about the $100 dollars “incidental fee” and told me that it’ll be back on my card as soon as i leave the hotel…yet the young lady advised me 3-5 days and i have not received my deposit, as the date I’m writing this review. The room definitely didn’t have the king size bed i paid for AND there was dust webs on the ceilings AND visible mildew spots on the ceiling of the bathroom.
