Liked: The location, as our trip to Drumheller wasn't that far away. Front desk staff was absolutely amazing. Thank you for everything
Disliked: One housekeeper knocked on our door at 10 am saying that I had a perfume smell coming out of my room. Yes, mam, you did. The sink is right beside the back entrance.( Door was closed). I was spraying hair spray! Well, your smell is bothering me. Im sorry, I felt so bad for her! As a housekeeper myself, I couldn't understand why she felt the need to do that, she didnt clean our room. All we asked for was towels. Nope, she wouldn't even give us towels.. I went to the front desk later that day and got towels, and asked if this was a scent free hotel, to which I was told no!. The young lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing Thank you, Bassano, for our comfortable stay! We appreciate you!

Liked: The rooms were clean and it was nice to Kari right outside your room.
Disliked: Cleaning staff did not come at all, not even to restock coffee or anything. What I REALLY didn’t like - and it wrecked my whole feelings about the place - is that an older woman with blonde hair banged on my door as though there was a raid about to happen. I was right there so I opened quickly thinking it was family trying to joke and scare me. She says to me sternly “turn down your music”! (I had music playing on my phone). I said “oh ok sorry”. Then she says “I can hear it down in the lobby”!I was VERY far from the lobby so, for one that was a lie. Secondly, she was completely unnecessarily rude and spoke to me like I was a piece of shit. Because of her, I will never return.
