SureStay Hotel by Best Western Albuquerque Midtown

The room was a very good price for an overnight stay and was clean and comfortable.

Liked: Room was clean. We were one short on washcloths.
Disliked: Swimming pool and whirlpool were green and dirty. Whirlpool was green and moldy.

Very good hotel just to crash at after going out for drinks or coming back from concert; near downtown area were the cool bars are.

Liked: I liked the area. It didn't feel sketchy. There were stores conveniently close.
Disliked: There were 2 plug ins to charge phones, and neither one worked! It was really awful. I had dead phones the following day, not very helpful while traveling. The hotel didn't have good sound proofing. Other guests woke me up very early. I could hear my neighbor showering as well. There was also pieces of dog food on the floor, and some other bits of food. So gross, really let's you know the room wasn't cleaned properly.

Liked: The people working there were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy and we liked the shower. The price was excellent for the value received.
Disliked: It's an older hotel that has been refurbished. We didn't use the pool but it looked a little cloudy.

Liked: They had excellent customer service, they were courteous, the rooms were clean, the amenities were very nice and acceptable, and the continental breakfast added extra flavors and condiments for the region, which is very well appreciated (they had fresh diced green chile available).The staff was very responsive. The room was very well kept and comfortable. Nothing seemed old or stained are foul smells. It was a very nice location, 5 minutes away from where we were doing business and the traffic was not bad at all at anytime of the day. Shopping and restaurants wear close by within the 5 minute radius. The location is also right off of the interstate 25, which just makes it a lot easier to access other places in town if needed.
Disliked: We honestly did not have any complaints or any issues whatsoever, during our state, we are very grateful and we would definitely stay there again when visiting Albuquerque.
