SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Lehigh Valley, Bethlehem

Liked: The staff was friendly. Room was clean and nice. Beds were comfy! The complimentary breakfast was fried potatoes, scrambled eggs, fruit and so on - tasted amazing. We will stay there anytime we go to that area.

Liked: I love the craftsman of the wood it was our first time staying and you could tell the building had been there for a good many years as it was out dated they have a banquet hall for weddings a restaurant and bar free breakfast which was good my only complaint was the bed was uncomfortable but the staff was amazing

Affordable, convienient

Liked: It is affordable. The staff friendly. The breakfast has a large variety to choose from including hot chaffing dishes.
Disliked: There is no elevator.

You gotta do the cleaning...

Liked: The location was close enough to visit my dad, which was our goal.
Disliked: The room was not very clean, the double beds are not in fact double beds, they are twin XL at best, very disappointing as the weekend is the only time I get to try and sleep in... and I barely slept all night bc myself & my fiance were sleeping on the edge. The first thing I noticed when we first saw the beds, was the gross pillow case that had an old blood spot on it & it was covered in like pillars... that pillow case should have been taken out of rotation. I'm truly upset by these things bc we stayed here last father's day weekend & had a bad experience then...we wanted to give them another try since the rate was pretty decent. We did speak to the front desk AND booking.com about these issues, we got zero resolution at the desk... and the chat with a booking rep, ended with them saying that the hotel had not responded to their request for a partial refund. Somehow I'm not surprised, and that's sad. Customer service & cleanliness apparently don't matter to this hotel (unless you're there for a wedding, then they cater to you!)
