Liked: Clean room; comfortable bed. Price was good too.

Great hotel. Located only 10 minutes from the venue. 7-11 right next to door. Domino's Pizza right across the street. Grounds and rooms clean and well lit. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in town to catch another show.

Liked: Bed super comfortable and shower water pressure excellent.
Disliked: Hair dryer needed replaced.

I was given a smoking room because the desk clerk said my reservation of a non-smoking room was not guaranteed since it was booked on-line. We couldn't handle the smell it was so bad. They need to figure out a way to freshen the smoking rooms if they're going to stick non-smokers in them. We left much sooner than we planned because of the odor.

Liked: The outside looked well kept and the lobby as well.
Disliked: We opened the door to go into our room and it smelled and was hot in there. There was no air circulation at all and we turned the air on and left the premises for a length of time to let the room cool down and hopefully smell better! We.also had some heavy footed people a floor above us who were actively stomping around at 230 in the morning. Not much insulation between floors we guess. The bathroom was not clean and neither was the countertop in the adjoining sink area. I felt like I should be traveling with cleaning products to just use the place. Disgusting! If those main areas were not clean and the room smelled still, why would I want to even eat in their breakfast area! Not a chance. We were out of there! Booking. Com, drop this from your listings as soon as you can! It’s a bad reflection on your company!!!! I’ve counted on you for years and this one fell very, very wide of the properties you usually feature!

Liked: The staff was very kind and the breakfast was actually really good.
Disliked: We had a problem with one of the rooms that was very humid as if the carpet had been wet days before and smelled pretty bad, so we started having allergies and had to ask the staff to switch rooms, they located us in another room but that took the entire day. Also the bathroom's light didn't work and even when we called to report it they never came to fix it. Overall it was fine, and the location was very convenient.

Disliked: I booked a property that, based on the photos, looked like a modest hotel. In reality? A very misrepresented motel. It felt like that one time you got catfished in college by the guy using a profile picture from ten years and twenty pounds ago.We requested non-smoking rooms, but were given two that clearly hadn’t gotten the memo. The second we opened the doors, we were hit with a wall of cigarette smoke that practically punched us in the lungs. Within minutes, we had sore throats, headaches, and a deep yearning for clean oxygen.Room conditions included:Cigarette burns on the chair,Stains on the lamp,Holes in the bedding,A rogue cigarette butt on the floor,Sticky, stained floors that felt... haunted,And mysterious brown smudges on the sheets we’ve decided not to ask questions about.
