Liked: Clean room; comfortable bed. Price was good too.

Great hotel. Located only 10 minutes from the venue. 7-11 right next to door. Domino's Pizza right across the street. Grounds and rooms clean and well lit. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in town to catch another show.

Liked: Bed super comfortable and shower water pressure excellent.
Disliked: Hair dryer needed replaced.

I was given a smoking room because the desk clerk said my reservation of a non-smoking room was not guaranteed since it was booked on-line. We couldn't handle the smell it was so bad. They need to figure out a way to freshen the smoking rooms if they're going to stick non-smokers in them. We left much sooner than we planned because of the odor.

Disliked: The room we were supp to be in when we got there they said they had a diff room for us and put us in a room that had been smoked in. It was nasty and smelled horriable. We don’t smoke and asked for a non smoking room

Liked: Disappointing. Selection poor. Out of some items. Staff argument ensued in front of guests. Not very professional. Staff did not attempt to clean up spilled coffee by front entrance. Potential fall hazard.

Disliked: was not very clean.. bed sheets didn't look washed, shower curtain had mold. could use better upkeep or some renovations in general.

Disliked: The bed, bedding, furniture, shower head leaked bad, toilet wouldn't flush more than half our stay, noise from other guests, broken desk & chair, air/heater knobs were broken. The smell inside our room was unpleasant, We ended up purchasing are own bed in a bag at a local Walmart. Bed pillows were the size of a travel pillow and barley any stuffing. We also purchased our own towels, tissues & hand soaps!

Disliked: Not very clean. The curtains in the bathroom had 2 blood splatters on top. I found a centipede in the shower curtain too. When we got there it looked like someone had just got out of one of the beds. And there was hair around the pillow. Made us wonder if the sheets had been changed. Wasn’t as clean as we had hoped.
