Decent hotel for the money.

Liked: It was close to the Orion.
Disliked: Carpet turned my white socks black.

Liked: Not far from NASA.
Disliked: Room had a smell. If you stay in a room on back side of the property. There is no parking back there. No in room coffee pot. But did have a microwave and mini fridge. Ac worked great. Room did seem clean.

It was overall an ok...

Liked: The location fit our needs. The coffee was ok, but food choices were lacking.
Disliked: Was told at check in we were getting 2 smokefree rooms, however one room had an ashtray in it and both rooms had cigarette burns in carpet and the bedspreads, in addition to burn marks on side of both tubs and counters. Definitely needs some upgrading of carpet, bedding and overall cleaning.

Liked: I liked that the room was very neat and clean. I also selected this location because it was conveniently close to my training with many restaurants to choose from. It also was quite quiet area.
Disliked: N/A

Ok for a night

Liked: Convenient location, nice bed, very kind staff, fast WiFi.
Disliked: They redid the rooms but not the bathrooms. The bathtub was very old. There’s no elevator, which as a person with disabilities if was complicated to haul my bags up to the outdoor metal staircase.

Very good

Liked: Booked last minute due to a change in plans. Room was ready when we arrived. Friendly young man at the front desk. The motel isn't very impressive from the outside but the rooms are clean and have probably been renovated in recent years. Everything in the room appeared up-to-date. The blackout curtains are a nice touch especially since the sun rises early in Alabama this time of year. The bed was very comfortable. I always like having an actual chair to sit in and watch television. We were within ten minutes or less of everywhere we wanted to go.
Disliked: Literally my only complaint was an employee lightly knocking and then trying to open the door around 9am, despite the Do Not Disturb tag on the door. We had a late night and were still trying to sleep. Hopefully this was an accident we won't have to worry about next time.
