Superb

Liked: I loved the pool, the friendly staff who was willing to accommodate my 89 year old grandma in the 1st floor since there is no elevator and the cleanliness. All very important to our visit to the area!
Disliked: No elevator!

Wouldn’t stay again

Liked: Good location and price
Disliked: Our room was not dirty, but not really clean either. There was still trash in the can from the people before. The sink was not clean, it had a lot of hair in it.

Disliked: The jacuzzi tub was very dirty After getting out of the jacuzzi I went in to the bathroom to shower and the bathtub was even more dirty

Liked: The hotel is great. This was the first time we've stayed there without issue. They made sure that I was downstairs like I asked. The breakfast was good, the beds were good, and the staff was great as well.
Disliked: The only thing I can say is that when we got there, the printer was messed up and the lady couldn't give us our receipt. The women was new that checked us in and they left her there by herself, this was around 3:45 and the new shift was do in at 4pm and she made an note saying that the printer was broke and that the new people would bring us the paperwork to sign and they never did only to find out when checking out that someone during the night shift signed our paperwork.

Disliked: The had roaches and refused to refund
