Great price for a basic...

Liked: Fair price at an excellent location (we went to the William Sayoran Theater). Good amenities like a mini fridge, microwave and iron.
Disliked: Lack of a curtain (had to use a towel to block off the light from outside). Squeaky bed. TV didn't work.

Best hotel in Fresno I...

Liked: The front desk checked m in with in a matter of minutes. The outside/parking lot was huge and very well lit. From the moment we walked in the room we were happy. The room was nice and big. It smelled so good. I normally go through and disinfect each room I ever stay in but I didn’t feel the need to clean this room. It seem like they had done recent renovations and this was the prettiest hotel I had been in, in quite some time. It was also very quiet there. What I really loved was that it seems like when they aren’t completely booked they place people in every other room so that it stays quiet. I always read people reviews prior to staying at hotels.The things people complained about I didn’t see any of that.
Disliked: I didn’t see an ice machine or laundry machines. That would have been a huge bonus.
