Sure Hotel by Best Western Biarritz Aeroport

Great place for airport stopover.

Liked: Great shower, plenty of towels and pillows, comfortable bed. Good breakfast with lots of choice. Very near the airport.
Disliked: A little noisy in late evening but quiet overnight so overall was ok.

Very Helpful with an Enormous...

Liked: The room was a good size and the en-suite was massive. We arrived five minutes after the kitchen had technically closed but they were still willing to serve us dinner. The staff were all excellent.
Disliked: The bed was hard and we were supplied with coffee pods and a kettle 🤔. The eating area is a little bit too much like a MacDonalds.

Liked: The staff at reception were friendly and helpful.Breakfast room was clean and tidy, good breakfast selection.The bed was comfortable; air-condition works well.
Disliked: The room/s could use updating; stain on the flooring specially in the bathroom.Parking is very limited; good luck finding a spot.

Decent airport hotel very close...

Liked: Room was fine and location very convenient for an early flight. Friendly welcome at reception and we were able to check in ahead of time, which was very helpful. Receptionist spoke excellent English but was supportive with my attempts at practising my French. Excellent buffet breakfast served from 5:30 am with good quality and choices of food and drinks. A 10 minute walk to the airport removed any stress about getting there on time.
Disliked: Initially we had trouble working out where the entrance was and ended up the wrong end of the car park. There is no lift, which might be a problem for some. Building is not the most beautiful, but rooms were fine.

Liked: very good, served the purpose of overnight after and before flights
Disliked: We found it difficult to find food to eat on a Sunday night as the restaurant was closed and no nearby food, we used kiosks in airport!
