Liked: Staff lovely. Public areas eg restaurant clean and fine. The room was clean , lots of hot water Staff on reception were very helpful and the atmosphere very friendly Bed very comfortable. Hotel v close to bus stop into Biarritz or up/ down coast which was great.
Disliked: The room was overdue some decorating / attention in that the grout etc in bathroom grubby ( stained although clean) all felt a bit run down. As we were out most of the time and only two nights it was ok Felt expensive given the sl shabbiness

Liked: Perfect location to catch early flight as you can walk to the airport from the hotel. Friendly staff and quick check-in & check-out. Clean room and comfortable bed.
Disliked: N/A

Good location, accessible , parking...

Liked: Very close to the city , so made it easy and accessible after a long day of sight seeing. Shops local close by - bakery , Carrefour for basic amenities

Liked: It was what we expected from a GW clean, basic and comfortable.
Disliked: Not enough tea and coffee could offer more

Liked: It was good value and had safe street parking. Clean and comfortable.
Disliked: No elevators

Liked: Staff were very helpful and it was a 7 minute walk to the airport in the morning.
Disliked: No lifts, only stairs to the rooms.
