Disliked: We booked an apartment for 5 people at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. The room was located right next to a public restroom inside the hotel, and the apartment itself was extremely basic. As soon as we opened the doors to the two bedrooms, we were hit by a strong musty smell.On the day we checked in, the temperature reached 30°C. The apartment was advertised on Booking.com as having air conditioning, but there was none—just a few basic fans. We contacted Booking.com immediately that evening and also informed the staff at the front desk. Booking’s customer service reached out to the hotel both by phone and email, but the hotel never responded.When we checked out the next day, the hotel owner gave us a very dismissive response. He admitted they had received the complaint but said Booking.com couldn’t influence their policies. He casually stated that they had mistakenly listed the apartment as having air conditioning and would “update the listing,” and that was it.We were extremely disappointed by the hotel’s attitude. They showed no concern for guest comfort or experience, and their willingness to misrepresent the room's features is unacceptable. We strongly do not recommend staying here.
