Liked: Rooms are spacious and brand new interiors. The beds are super comfortable. It was great stay as family with two kids.

Liked: The staff really made the stay enjoyable. I was there for the north sea jazz festival on my own and I appreciated the ability to use the hotel bikes and return them later than the curfew. It really made getting to and from the hotel easy for me, as well as getting around the city.There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby and the hotel also has a restaurant (although I did not eat there).The decor of the hotel is really cool/modern and my room was bright with a window looking out to the lovely garden space. The room also had lots of different lighting options which I appreciated - it really makes a difference.There was water provided as well as teas and coffees which was definitely a nice touch
Disliked: My room was not always cleaned very well, on arrival the toilet was not clean and trash was left behind on the days my room was cleaned. sometimes the room was not made up until very late afternoon. I would go out in the morning and come back midday to an unmade room. But the staff were very responsive when I followed up for room cleaning.
