love the city, hotel did...

Liked: rooms were clean and nicely designed
Disliked: Shower was half broken, water flowing out thermostatic valve Breakfast was too busy for staff, buffet was 75% empty tables were not cleanWe wanted to use the bikes but not enough were available, 1 with a flat tire and others were all given awaydefinitely not a 4star experience

Stylish room but not practical

Liked: Spacious stylish room. Pretty bathroom. Enjoy watching TV on bed. Early check in available.
Disliked: Stairs in room. The roof in bedroom is low. Old garden chairs

Liked: lovely hotel, very nice stay. Professional staff, could help us in everything also with taxi for the evening.Good position near the train station (1 km) and also not far from the center.

OK for a short stay

Liked: Good value for a short stay in a central Rotterdam location. Some quirky touches to add interest.
Disliked: The two steps down from the raised bed platform are a major issue in the middle of the night - normal height risers but a small tread make for a dangerous combination
