Liked: Nothing was good about this stay. My kids had bed bug bites all over them. The room was a disgusting mess. I am devastated we had to end that as a family. Do not rent here.
Disliked: Everything was awful 😞

Terrible and unorganized staff working...

Liked: Nothing- it was a terrible experience. I booked 2 rooms several days in advance for a group of 8 people. They turned us away without a room even after driving several hours to this hotel, even though I had my confirmation email and all the correct information.
Disliked: On top of the terrible service the motel itself looks old dirty and nearby clients warned us of the awful mildew smell in the rooms as well. We ended up staying at Sonesta and had a much better experience.

Disliked: The manager was very rude and threatening he lied about the room and if you said anything he would get nasty and tell you he will cancel your booking and keep your money are shoes stuck to the floor in the room you could look out the door when it was shut the building is run down are room smelled like pot we felt in safe there.
