Liked: We had a great stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We arrived early in the morning after a long flight, and being able to check in early made a big difference — we really appreciated it.The hotel design is beautiful, and the room layout is very well thought out and comfortable. The location is also excellent: just a 3-minute walk to the metro station, and a larger train station is only 15 minutes away, which made getting around the city very easy. There’s also an amusement park nearby, which was a fun bonus!Highly recommended!

Liked: It's an acquired taste. You'll either love it or hate it. It wasn't my cup of tea but thankfully after switching rooms, the layout served us better. Staff is exceptionally kind & helpful!
Disliked: Layout of the rooms, a little dark, too funky & industrial looking.

Liked: The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff in the breakfast area were absolutely lovely and welcoming.
Disliked: Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the PriceThe room lacked basic amenities – no fridge, no kettle, no cups, no tea or coffee, not even bottled water. There were no closets or storage space, which made it inconvenient for even a short stay. Housekeeping does not clean the room unless you specifically request it, and unfortunately, no one informs you of this at check-in – you’re left to figure it out on your own.There were no basic toiletries provided, and even the body wash seemed diluted. Some of the reception staff were unhelpful and made me feel uncomfortable when I asked simple questions.Overall, the quality of the room and service does not justify the price.
