Liked: Staff were fantastic very helpful. Location perfect. Room very comfortable. Had a really good stay would definitely return.
Disliked: Only complaint I have and its personal choice nothing to do with the experience. I prefer to have tea and coffee facilities in my room. Again its personal choice.

Liked: The best hotel I’ve stayed at. Clean, with an interesting interior, an option to purchase breakfast, and an excellent restaurant downstairs. I highly recommend it!

Liked: breakfast was outstanding, especially the fresh bread, also having a piano in the common room was a blast

Nice price/performance hotel.

Liked: Rooms are clean. Room service is a bit different. You can take your clean towels or soaps in a storage room in the ground floor yourself and put the dirty towels in front of the door in mornings. Breakfast is good. You can make your toast or waffle yourself. Coffee is good.

Liked: I always come here when I am in Hamburg for work. Comfortable rooms, usually even calm enough to sleep with open window, quality and bio ingredients for breakfast, cool design, sustainable and humane approach, relaxed atmosphere, very friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: The carpets in the corridor need to be refreshed
