Very good
Liked: The staffs are very nice and helpful.The location is very convenient, there are restaurants nearby as well as the shopping mall.The rooms are cleaned and air-conditioning is very cool, very comfortable for warm days staying.Yet they don't have family, we got two connected rooms which is very nice for family with children.

Liked: Nice location, pretty new and well equiped
Disliked: Even though the room seemed clean, I still found a bug in it. The breakfast area, as well as the dishes and cutlery, need a thorough cleaning.

It was nice.
Liked: They were so nice and welcoming. Our room was clean and the hotel was very close to the Westfield mall which was very nice. I do recommend it!
Disliked: The shower door, it was glass and I couldn’t close the door.

Caution - Adjoining rooms are...

Disliked: In reply to the the response of my review. I booked “adjoining rooms - 1 unit with 4 beds” I did not book two separate rooms. I think this needs to be made clearer on booking.com if this means this is two separate rooms that are not joined, as this is not how the rooms are described. We did ask for more pillows on the night of no bedding and we were told there were no more pillows. I have contacted via email and received no reply. Other rooms in our party were given refunds when there rooms were also incorrect. I would be grateful if someone would contact me about the matter.
