Disliked: Did not have any warm or hot water in the morning; Manager’s response was I didn’t know how to turn on hot water and refused partial refund.At night, there was luke-warm water, but it never got hot enough to take a bath. You were unable to completely shut off shower head, so if you tried to bathe, you were also showered on. The bedspread was badly stainedThe room smelled bad. The refrigerator was not plugged in, and when you plugged it in, it did not run. Microwave in poor condition but did not attempt to use. The elevator does not work. The manager is rude and treats you like you’re stupid. Tried to show me how to get hot water after I was dressed. I’m 61 years old I’ve traveled extensively, I’ve owned several homes and I know how hot water diversion works in hotels. I let it run for 10 minutes. No hot water. I adjusted both knobs and turned hot water all the way and also tried and different intervals. There was just no hot water. Other guests complained also. The main problem is the manager. He will not listen or try to change things. Without new management there is no hope for this hotel.
