Liked: Let me start by saying that for the price, this hotel is a very good option. It’s very well located—just a 2-minute walk from a tram stop that connects you to everywhere in Munich. We had two connecting rooms, and the size was just right for our needs. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety. Overall, a solid choice for a convenient and comfortable stay.
Disliked: The walls were paper thin—any door slam in the building would almost shake our walls. The room had no closets or storage space, which made it inconvenient for a longer stay. Although the hotel claims to have a restaurant, it only serves pizza—and during our stay, they were out of pizzas, which seemed like frozen ones.We also had an issue with the reception. Before arriving, we sent a message asking if we could have parcels delivered, and they confirmed it was okay. However, when we got there, they had refused the delivery due to confusion between our first and last name. When we asked for clarification, their response was simply, “It’s not our problem,” which was very disappointing and unprofessional.

Disliked: The toilet flush was broken, causing water to run all night, very disturbing. The peephole in the door was installed the wrong way, allowing people to see in from the hallway. The shower had a transparent glass wall, offering no privacy. To top it off, the older gentleman at reception was not so friendly during check-out. Not a pleasant experience.

Nice Stay, Convenient Location, and...

Liked: The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We especially appreciated the comfortable seating area at the entrance and the generous late checkout time of 12:00 PM. Upon request, the staff kindly provided us with a kettle, cups, and a few plates, which was very helpful. Overall, a pleasant and accommodating stay.
Disliked: A few areas could be improved: the bathroom ventilation wasn’t very effective, and the location is a bit away from the city center—though having an Aldi nearby was convenient. It would have been nice to have glass cups, a kettle, and a few complimentary tea or coffee bags in the room to enhance the stay.
