Liked: Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Our room smelled musty even after AC was run for many hrs and spraying of cologne! Everything was old. Pillows were half the size! Bf was waffles and cereals - and there was a long line in the tiny dining room! Terrible coffee as well. We checked in very late and the attendant was nowhere to be found even after ringing the bell; guess where he was? He was with a large group of personal guests at one of the rooms near our room (these guests left around midnight: they had little kids). We also asked for an extra blanket which we got but it was full of holes! There were only two towels which were flimsy - we had to ask for another one (there were 3 of us). Overall, it was a terrible experience except for the nice beds.

Disliked: We stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, our impressions were mixed. There was a strong unpleasant smell in the hallway, and the room had a strange odor, somewhat reminiscent of hookah smoke. It seemed like the room hadn’t been cleaned very thoroughly: there was mold in the bathroom, dust on the surfaces, and someone else’s hair here and there.Breakfast was also a bit disappointing — the coffee served tasted more like colored water than actual coffee.With more attention to cleanliness and service quality, this place could be much better. The hotel has potential, and we hope these issues can be addressed.

Liked: There were no fleas, bedbugs, or any other pests.
Disliked: We didn’t have high expectations when we booked this hotel, but we were still completely disappointed. The moment we opened the door to our room, we were hit with a terrible smell — like a mix of mold and dirty rags. The room was dark and felt like a basement, which made it even more unpleasant.Cleanliness was clearly not a priority. There were black hairs in the bathroom, strange stains on the walls, and the hairdryer was clogged with some kind of black grime. The air conditioner was filthy and the air it blew out smelled awful.This place could really use a fresh coat of paint, some deep cleaning (especially of the air conditioning units), and — most importantly — proper disinfection between guests. Sadly, it felt neglected and unhygienic. I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.

Liked: Close to interstates, restaurants, and hospital. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Available toiletries. Friendly employees.
Disliked: Stayed 2 nights. The second day, breakfast wasn't ready. No milk for cereal. Bread wasn't out. No jelly. Waffle maker turned off. There were dead ants on the a/c unit. Dried food in microwave. Plastic ice cube bag in freezer, taking up space for our reusable ice packs. Fridge had dried liquid inside. Attempted to use top dresser drawer, but it smelled like shrimp and urine. Had to keep our clothes in the suitcase. Towels and wash cloths had holes in them. The stairwell had a pungent odor. After staying here for over a decade due to the: price point, hospitality, and location to the hospital for ongoing care, I believe this may be the last stay here. The employees are friendly and helpful. I hope they are able to turn it around.
