Would not recommend; quite a dump.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Rude staff and mold in coffee pot and ice machine.

Bed was comfortable. Not much of a continental breakfast. Cigarette burns over entire room. No room service between nights. Sketchy area, did not feel safe. First morning woke up to security guard sleeping in 1 of 2 chairs in the lobby and one receptionist sleeping with head down on front desk. Second morning, maids sitting with front reception in 2 chairs eating breakfast meant for guests. Staff and guests stand out front smoking at front door - bit intimidating to walk through with my 12 year old daughter. Ice machine continuously running.

This was one of my worse experiences in staying at a hotel/motel ever. There was a giant hole in our blanket and cigarette burns on the blanket under the main one. The drawer in our dresser was broken, and we found the smoke detector in that one, not working. The was no other smoke detector in the room. It was either freezing or extremely warm at night depending on if we turned the furnace on at night. The TV made a whistling sound when it was on. There is no elevator, so not handicap accessible. The railing on the stairs is loose and partly detatched from the wall on the third floor. Our room also had a strange odor when we first got there. I have no intention on going back to this place ever in my life, and I would not recommend it to anyone that I know. My husband and I were left unsatisfied with our stay there.

Liked: There isn't much to say here, except it was quiet.
Disliked: Giant hole in blanket; cigarette burns in blanket; no smoke alarm in room; broken drawer; TV whistled a lot while on; strange odor; freezing at night but extremely hot when furnace was on; no elevator; stair railing was loose on the third floor.

Not as expected .

Liked: Not only was the the hotel room unkept. Shower rod coming out of the wall.and Sticky counters. Smell of marijuana all night long and a random lady knocking on my door. Would have liked a quiet stay, this was not a quiet stay.

Liked: LOCATION AND THAT IS ABSOLUTELY
Disliked: To start off there was nobody at the front when I first got there secondly the male who works at the front has absolutely horrible customer service downright rude!! Thirdly we get the key to the room as making entrance at quarter to 4:00 when we were supposed to check in at 3:00 so there would be no reason for the rooms not to be clean but unfortunately as we open the we noticed that the room had not been cleaned at all all the cleaning supplies including a vacuum was in there. I went down back to speak to the staff who again was extremely rude as I told him the room was not clean he goes well I don't know what to tell you it's probably just getting done as if housekeeping possibly had left the stuff in there which I informed him the dirty sheets were not even off the bed!! The staff members exact words to me were I can give you a refund you don't have to stay here I informed him I didn't say I didn't want to stay here but when I come to stay at a hotel I don't intend I'm having to wait when check out is at 11:00 and if I'm 5 minutes late you're pounding at the door at quarter to 11:00 telling me I need to check out in 5 minutes. Thats when my bf came downstairs and informed the rude disrespectful employee that the housekeeper informed him he was just getting into that room and haven't even started cleaning he said well do you want a new room or I'll give you your refund!?!

Disliked: All the noise nobody at front desk on a Sunday room was a little dirty when we got there i cleaned it up bedside were not made when we got to the room then they took care of it

Disliked: I didn't like the fact that I had to stand at the office window for 10 to 20 minutes just to wait for somebody to show up ring in the doorbell didn't even know

Disliked: The smell of the room was musty

Disliked: The driveway could have been plowed better and less cigarette burns on the sheets and the fact that I did a non smoking room and you could smell it from down the hall and thru the vents

Horrible

Disliked: It was disgusting. Bedding had burn holes and dried food, no desk,no phone,dirty chair, filthy microwave, one towel. We didn't end up staying. Waiting for a refund. The room was not acceptable to sleep in.
