Liked: Very clean room, big shower and bath, comfortable bed, thick walls.
Disliked: Breakfast buffet is in lobby by entrance, so the freezing morning air is constantly coming in while you eat and can be quite cold.

Disliked: More variety in breakfast and better set up so more people could get to food.

Disliked: A little noisy. Train and traffic noise. Also people opening and closing their doors. Also, 1 waffle maker and 1 pancake maker makes for a long line of people waiting to make their own waffle/pancake. All else was good.

Liked: The room was very spacious! The beds are fine, and the option for a 2 queen bed plus a bunk bed was unique and much needed!
Disliked: The room was dirty, smelled of mildew, the sink leaked and there was actually no comforter or duvet on the bed. The covering was simply a blanket with a white sheet on top. For the price, it did not meet our expectations at all.

Liked: Check in was very easy, they even give a welcome snack pack. at 11pm we needed to find a place to buy medicine due to my daughter getting sick and the front desk was very helpful in giving step by step directions to find the nearest store
Disliked: The Breakfast bar could use another waffle maker

Liked: When I had first arrived the first room smelt like smoke but I was immediately switched to another room with no hassle! Great service!

Liked: It was nice.
Disliked: Breakfast room was too small

Liked: The staff was great, always helpful and willing to collaborate with information and tips.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that the breakfast area is in the lobby. I would rather have it somewhere else. Other than that I got what I paid for in fact better than expectations, so I am happy.

Liked: The staff, building and grounds are lovely.
