Liked: Easy Smooth Check In/Out

Liked: Beds were comfortable. Prime location for MSU. Very cheap rates considering the competition
Disliked: Could have been more clean. Dust in the corners..etc

Liked: Prompt attention to our noise complaint about our door. It needed new batteries because it was making an annoying beep constantly because the batteries were low. He came right away.
Disliked: This place is really really run down and just a new name over a really tired old motel. The shower doors don't even stay shut when you shower because everything is so unlevel. The bed was comfy, but the worst was that there is no elevator. Who doesn't have that in today's world. Carrying all our luggage up all those stairs was a pain!

Liked: The hotel was nice and very clean. We were giving a discount because there were no handicapped king or lower level king rooms available.
Disliked: The hotel doesn't have an elevator. So for me a person with rheumatoid arthritis, I had to walk up 20 stairs. Our neighbors decided to smoke weed outside in the balcony area. Also our power in our room kept going off which resulted in us checking out an hour early.

Liked: Handicap accessible room had excellent shower and comfortable king bed for a quick one night stay. This is a budget hotel that met budget expectations. For being a busy road the room was quiet. Nice to have a Trader Joe's across the road and some good restaurant options nearby.

Basic hotel but don’t expect...

Liked: For us the location was good and beds were fine. Breakfast was basic but ok.
Disliked: Could have been cleaner and better breakfast (I am not a fan of single use plates and cutlery)

Overall as expected.

Liked: The overnight staff guy was super! Afro-American chubby smily friendly and accommodating. Made me genuinely happy to talk to him.
Disliked: The staff when I arrived was good. The checkout gal was meh at best. The bathroom floor wasn't all that clean. My plastic water cups were all crushed on the bottom so they couldn't be filled and set down. Every cup. The ice bucket had standing water in it. Yuck.

It was perfectly fine, and...

Liked: Location was perfect as we were there for a showing near MSU. The check in process was seamless, and the employee who helped us was fantastic and very friendly.
Disliked: Our room had a little bit of a smell to it. There was some noise very late at night as I think the staff (or possibly police) were checking in on a lady in a room near us to see if she was ok.
