Our stay was decent but...

Liked: Bed was comfortable and good location. Quiet. Easy parking.
Disliked: Curtains were broken. Ice machine was broken. Pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance issues.

Liked: Comfy beds, pleasant staff
Disliked: Facility is very dated and showing lots of wear. Bathroom shows lots of rust/stains. Bathtub not clean. We did not use as a result.Strong cigarette smoke coming in the bathroom vent, filling the hotel room. Made us both very ill. Called the front desk. Employee was very nice but commented it was probably coming from outside; it was all hours of the day and night. Not fun. Sadly, after many years staying here, this will probably be our last.

Liked: I've stayed here many times in past and I love the staff here.
Disliked: I've stayed here many times over the years and love the staff, but the Ice machine has never worked in my living memory! It's getting a little run down! The side door exit locks don't work very good and homeless people are in and out! Lots of homeless camping all around hotel ! Very sad! Don't think I'll be staying here anymore! Sorry Guys 😟!

Comfortable, any complaints quickly dealt...

Liked: The room was comfortable and clean. We initially had an issue with the bathroom vent being very noisy, but as soon as we called maintenance, it was dealt with in 20 minutes. Very fast reactions from staff, great conversations with other guests.
Disliked: There was someone who kept blasting music in the parking lot (we suspect) every hour since 2AM and it was hard for management to get them to stop. We had to call the police for them to leave.

Disliked: No access hot tub or pool which was a strong interest , breakfast evaded at 9:30 ( prefer 10). The man at front desk was disheveled, avoided eye contact and smelled of heavy cigarette smoke which filled room , after he had his break outside front door. He was genuine but clearly not polished for a customer service welcoming position. The shower was perfect and complimentary hair /body care products excellent.
