Super super 8

Liked: Location, comfort and proximity to dairy queen are a definite win. The breakfast is also great lots of options and plenty to go round.
Disliked: The price although this seems to be the norm for Canmore in the summer. Also the gym is a bedroom with 4 machines and some weights in.

Great Stay in Canmore

Liked: Room size, mattress, staff, cost.
Disliked: Shower. Water leaked past caster damage by 3 feet. Created a safety issue.

A good place to stay...

Liked: Well equipped kitchenette, lots of room, nice bathroom, reasonably close to town centre. Efficient and quiet A/C. Plentiful parking. Breakfast was OK (though coming from Europe, the selection felt limited).
Disliked: The hotel is right next to the train tracks, and while the noise isolation is good, you might still be able to hear the trains if you're sensitive to that kind of thing.
