Exceptional

Liked: Employees at the front desk were awesome! Very nice and accommodating. Our rooms were clean, and the pool hit the spot! It was 118 degrees that day. When we got there in that heat, the rooms were already nice and cold. We were loving it. Definitely will stay here again. Thank you!!
Disliked: There was nothing at this location that I didn't like.

Pleasant stay in Yuma

Liked: Simple breakfast. Large room. Very clean. Welcoming staff. Good location (we were going to Mexico). Quiet. The air conditioning was not noisy so we slept good.
Disliked: We would have liked a coffee maker in our room.

Perfect for a frugal one...

Liked: The location was perfect, the staff was pleasant, everything was clean.
Disliked: The “breakfast” had about 3 or 4 items, and the coffee was pretty bad.

Disappointing

Liked: The location was great. Close to the freeway without the freeway noise.The mobility room was nice. Clean but upholstered chair was worn and not so clean. The bathroom was great.The gal that checked us in was very friendly and efficient. Night guy, not so much.
Disliked: The breakfast area was NOT up to par.Coffee was weak, and the area was messy.The absolute WORSE part was that the trash can located next to the brk bar was disgusting! Filthy and you had to touch it to toss waste.

Disliked: We still have not received a receipt for our stay. We were not given one by the staff at check out because we had used your service to book online. This was a business trip, we really need a receipt for our tax record.
