Liked: Price was excellent, room was real nice and clean.
Disliked: People smoking weed in a room set off a fire alarm.

The stay was okay but...

Disliked: No hot food juice dispenser was out of order

Liked: The owner and his wife were so friendly and accommodating to our requests. The beds were very comfy and it was very clean. We enjoyed our stay and will book again in the future.
Disliked: Had no complaints at all!

Always worth the stay.

Liked: My room is always very clean. Air conditioning and heat works fantastic. The room offers a quiet, comfortable sleep. WIFI is reliable if you want to stream any of your favorite shows or watch YouTube. This hotel is close to shopping and restaurants, as well it's just a few blocks from the Hollywood Casino. A great little continental breakfast and tasty coffee will definitely get your day started.

The manager was so rude...

Liked: It was convenient and okay
Disliked: The manager was asking if I came from Africa and when I told him that I am from CA, He said “ people from those big cities are known to be smart and can’t be compare with people from the country side, that he will start to charge $200 if he is always called by client to help them switch back the control switch and he expect me to be smart as well” just because I told him the socket was off and I didnt know the control switch was among the light bulb switch and with no label on it.

Clean and affordable with basic...

Liked: The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway and everything was clean, which we appreciated. However, the room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, despite the non-smoking sign clearly posted on the door. That was unpleasant and hard to ignore.Another issue came up at check-in: our booking was for two adults and a 16-year-old child (clearly stated on Booking.com), but the front desk insisted on charging an extra fee for the third person. It took some back-and-forth to clarify the obvious, but eventually the issue was resolved.As for breakfast—very basic, even by low American standards. There were very few options, and definitely not something you'd look forward to. But then again, considering the low price, we didn’t expect much more.What we genuinely like about this category of budget hotels (part of major chains) is the reliably clean bed linens and towels—a small but important comfort.
