A mostly good stay

Liked: I liked how kind the staff was and how well the air conditioner worked.
Disliked: The bed was rock hard, the mini fridge was half the size of the mini fridge shown in the pictures in this app, and my children told me the pool that they had been excited to swim in was very cold.

Needs updated.

Liked: Close to Hospital and Downtown.
Disliked: Frames on beds need to be replaced.Toilet seat loose.No USB ports.

Liked: The working on scheduling rooms at last hours. Cleanliness. Staff
Disliked: Pool closes at 10pm. The pool was supposed to be heated, but was freezing cold. The pre-registration said there was a hot tub in room, but there wasn't, breakfast ran out towards closing time.
